What is Sourcing Plus? If you have an in-house recruiter who would like to continue managing the requisitions but needs help vetting candidates, we will have an intake call with them, screen applicants and source passive candidates, conduct phone screens and submit fully vetted candidates to them. They will be empowered to manage the rest of the process with the hiring managers.

While we utilize all well known and out of the box resources to constantly provide a solid candidate pool allowing them to focus on their consultive role.

Our goal is to make sure we find the absolute best candidate for any role you have. Below is a breakdown of billable hours based on the amount of requisitions that we are assigned

Option 01

1-5 requisitions = 24 billable hours per week

Option 02

6-9 requisitions = 32 billable hours per week

Option 03

10-14 requisitions = 40 billable hours per week
