We are seeking a true professional with a relentless work ethic to join our team in a hybrid role of 50% hourly paid Flex Recruiter and 50% commission paid Business Development Specialist. The hourly pay will provide the stability of monthly income, while the commission will incentivize a truly business savvy sales professional to identify and implement new and innovative sales strategies. This is not for someone who needs routine or who can’t handle pressure from quotas. This is also not for someone who is only individually focused. We’re in need of a rare human who is both tenacious and a committed team player. 

In this role you will be responsible for managing up to 2 flex recruiting clients full life cycle recruiting needs with sourcing support provided by our sourcing team members. You will also be responsible for building, implementing and growing sales strategies outside of our existing channels to not only grow our flex recruiting division, but also other service based businesses now and in the future. 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years experience in full life-cycle recruiting
  • 2+ years of quota driven business to business sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working remotely
  • Willing to travel regionally 
  • Superior time management skills
  • Track record of seeing tasks through to completion and by deadlines
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Intense focus
  • Goal crusher
