Are you tired of the never ending search for remote contract work? This is a great opportunity to join a team of contract recruiters with a strong business model already in place.
We are seeking a remote Contract Recruiter to join our team working up to 35 hours per week.
This is a remote collaborative team environment which will require the Contract Recruiter to participate in business development.
The Contract Recruiter will support multiple clients as an experienced corporate recruiter with the help of our sourcing and admin team.

The Contract Flex Recruiter position is an incredible opportunity for someone who has completed their Bachelor’s Degree and has 2-5 years of experience working in Recruiting. Specifically, at least 2 years working as a corporate or contract recruiter. This position allows the ability to create and manage your own schedule, work remotely and also the excitement of learning our innovative work model. This role is an hourly contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of accountability, excellent time management, incredible organization skills and be a strong, professional written and verbal communicator.  If you possess these qualities, meet the minimum requirements below and additionally have an attitude of appreciation, a “what else can I do to help” attitude and the ability to separate personal from professional, apply!

Duties (not limited to):

  • Create and manage your weekly schedules
  • Attend weekly AIS team meetings
  • Manage start-up of new contracts
  • Schedule and lead intake meetings with hiring managers
  • Create requisitions
  • Post jobs
  • Screen applicant resumes
  • Source for passive candidates
  • Phone screen candidates and submit them to hiring managers with appropriate follow up
  • Interview scheduling
  • Ongoing candidate and hiring manager communications
  • Consulting clients
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Psychology

Qualifications:

  • 2-5  years experience in Human Resources or Recruiting, specifically a minimum of 2 years as a corporate or contract recruiter
  • Experience working remotely
