Flex Recruiting Associate (FRA)

Summary:

This role is ideal for someone with strong professional experience in a corporate environment where their job duties have included meeting coordination, scheduling (calendar management), communications with all levels of professionals via email and phone, experience with a variety of software programs and systems (applicant tracking system experience a plus).  As a Flex Recruiting Associate (FRA) you will be working in partnership with Flex Recruiters and AIS leadership in order to provide the highest level of support and solutions to our clients.  This position is 100% remote/work from home and comes with two options of hours: 10-20 hours per week or 20-30 hours per week.

This is a 1099 contractor position (not a W-2 employee), which means you are responsible for your own taxes, your own office equipment (computer, phone, internet) and there is not a guaranteed length of contract period as this position is contingent upon the amount of work that is available.

Duties:

  • Create and manage your weekly schedules

  • Attend weekly AIS team meetings

  • Schedule and attend intake meetings with Flex Recruiter and Hiring Manager(s)

  • Create requisitions

  • Post jobs

  • Screen applicant resumes

  • Source for passive candidates

  • Schedule phone screens for Flex Recruiter

  • Assist in submitting phone screen feedback to hiring manager

  • Ongoing candidate  communications

  • Maintain daily and weekly client documentation in partnership with the flex recruiter

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as an Administrator, Executive Assistant, Business Manager, HR Coordinator or Junior Recruiter

  • Minimum 2 year college degree

  • Experience working from home/remotely

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with a variety of  technology; mobile, cloud, software and hardware

  • 3 professional references from direct line managers or leaders you have provided administrative support to
