The Recent College Grad- Recruiter In Training role is an incredible opportunity for someone who has completed their Bachelor’s Degree and has had 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources or Recruiting. This position allows the ability to create and manage your own schedule, work remotely and also the excitement of learning our innovative work model while working up to become a Full Life Cycle Recruiter. This is a salaried full time employee position. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of accountability, excellent time management and organization skills and be a strong written and verbal communicator. Duties (not limited to):
- Create and manage your weekly schedules
- Attend weekly AIS staff meetings
- Manage start-up of new contracts
- Schedule and lead intake meetings with hiring managers
- Create requisitions
- Post jobs
- Screen applicant resumes
- Source for passive candidates
- Phone screen candidates and submittals to hiring managers with appropriate follow up
- Interview scheduling
- Ongoing candidate and hiring manager communications
- Consulting clients
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources or Recruiting
- Experience working remotely
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Psychology
