The Sourcer is a part of a team that supports our Flex Recruiting clients and is responsible for supporting multiple contracts in the recruiting process. This role is ideal for someone who comes from an administrative and/or production based background, who is an excellent communicator, enjoys multi-tasking, is self disciplined, can handle the pressures of weekly production number expectations and possesses a strong work ethic.  You will receive exposure to all aspects of AIS’s Flex Recruiting business and clients, gaining valuable skills to build your resume.   This job is remote and is a 1099 Freelance position.  


  • Sourcing in a variety of resources
  • Screening applicants in different Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Sending phone screen invites through email (and by text)
  • Maintaining a scheduling tab and calendar
  • To include all 7 steps of phone screen scheduling
  • Fully utilizing google suite tools and resources
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma  (Prefer Associates Degree)


  • 2 professional references (Please submit with your resume and 1 page letter)
  • In addition to a 1 page current resume, provide a 1 page letter detailing why you are the best candidate for the position
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Technology savvy 
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (chat, gmail, calendar, sheets, drive)

  • Move to independent sourcing after 2 weeks of hands on training
  • Once you achieve 5-7 invites per hour for quality candidates while following the 8 steps, you will be moved out of training
  • After 1 month of being released from training, you will be hitting 10 invites per hour on average of quality candidates while following the 8 steps
  • After 2 months of being independent while maintaining quality invitations, if there is availability, you will be offered Sourcer+
